Archaeological Surveys offer a range of proven geophysical techniques which form the core of our business. We can help you decide the best approach to archaeological prospection and investigation and are happy to provide you with a quotation for our services. We believe that our personal involvement with your job from brief to final report offers large benefits to the quality and accuracy of our product.

Our background in commercial field archaeology gives us an understanding of the appropriate use of geophysics and, therefore, the ability to offer informed advice. We are also experienced in digital terrain modeling, topographic survey, LiDAR analysis, airphoto analysis and fieldwalking which are often used in support of our geophysical survey reports. We offer a metal detection service for the location and mapping of small finds (please note: we no longer have facilities for the conservation of finds).

Please follow the links for further information on each technique:

Our rates are highly competitive which we achieve through investment in some of the latest equipment combined with controlling our overheads. All fieldwork is carried out with a Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CMIfA) present. We have an excellent record of health and safety and we operate with consideration to the environment in all aspects of our business.
